Who I help

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burnt out or emotionally drained. On the outside, they may seem quiet, agreeable, or accommodating—sometimes caught in confusing or difficult relationships. Inside, however, they carry deep emotional sensitivity while working tirelessly to hold it all together. Over time, this constant overcompensation can quietly chip away at self-esteem and leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and others.
